Rising Together is a small, trauma-informed support group for women healing after betrayal.
This is a space to feel supported, more grounded, and less alone in what you’re carrying.
Whether you’ve just discovered the truth or have known for years but never had the right kind of support, this group is a place to reconnect with your voice, rebuild your sense of safety, and begin healing.

The focus is not on analyzing your partner or retelling everything that happened.
The focus is on you.

In each session, we’ll focus on things like:

Practicing boundaries without guilt
Understanding your triggers with compassion
Reconnecting to your intuition and your worth
Learning to trust yourself again
