Bekah Uhl is an ADOH-trained peer facilitator dedicated to bringing women together in trauma-informed, supportive community. She believes deeply in the healing power of connection, joy, and being witnessed without judgment. Her work is guided by her own betrayal-trauma healing journey, which began six years ago and continues to shape how she holds space for others. Through both lived experience and trauma-informed training, she facilitates spaces that prioritize nervous system safety, choice, and empowerment.
Bekah lives in Missouri with her three children. Outside of this work, she runs an online holistic health clinic and enjoys singing, somatic dance, and grounding in nature.
